Curing Required: Tree Trunk Wood should be cured before introduction to ensure optimal water quality.

Basic Curing (for new setups or light use):
- Soak in warm water for 24 hours.
- Rinse thoroughly before placing in your layout.

Intensive Curing (for established aquariums with livestock)
- Boil for 30–60 minutes to remove potential contaminants and tannins.
- Then soak in fresh water, changing daily, until the water runs clear.

Gradual Introduction: Introduce gradually to avoid sudden water chemistry shifts.

Initial Buoyancy

Wood may float initially. Soak for up to a month or temporarily secure using rocks, anchors, or WIO’s ScapeGlue Kits until fully waterlogged.

Water Monitoring
